A new company focused on the events and tourism market begins its activities in Paraguay. EXXXPERIENCE PRODUCCIONES & EVENTOS is born from the union of entrepreneurs Jonathan Roger Linzmeyer, Jean Rafael Gern, and Evandro Neiva Oliveira, who bring together more than three decades of accumulated experience in management, production, and execution of events, tourism, and project development in Brazil.

The company enters the Paraguayan market with two major areas of operation. The first involves management, planning, production, and execution of public and private events, including trade shows, congresses, corporate, institutional, promotional, sports, and entertainment events.

The second expands operations to tourism and destination development, with specialized consulting in structuring tourism projects and in the planning and development of facilities for the tourism and events sectors.

The proposal includes supporting companies, investors, municipalities, governments, and institutions in the conception and structuring of initiatives such as event spaces, convention centers, tourism complexes, and other projects capable of expanding infrastructure and the capacity to attract visitors and events.

EVENTS AS A DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

The creation of EXXXPERIENCE stems from the partners' experience in the Brazilian market and the vision that events and tourism are directly related to the economic development of territories.

The holding of trade shows, congresses, festivals, sports competitions, and business meetings drives a chain that involves hospitality, gastronomy, transportation, commerce, services, technology, communication, and specialized suppliers.

The new company's strategy is to apply this experience to the Paraguayan market, working in partnership with local professionals and companies and with the public and private sectors.

“Our goal is not just to produce events. We want to participate in building projects that can generate tourist flow, business, investment, and development. Paraguay has the potential to expand its presence in the regional events and tourism market, and we want to contribute technically to this process,” say the founders.

THREE COMPLEMENTARY CAREERS

The partnership brings together experiences in different areas of the events and tourism chain.

Jonathan Roger Linzmeyer is an entrepreneur with a career spanning more than two decades in business management, trade shows, events, and business development. In Brazil, he is a co-founder of Grupo Linz and has a role at TBS Feiras & Eventos, responsible for Feistock, as well as Ereganto Eventos and the Design & Conforto project. In Paraguay, he is the founder and president of CN Mercosul, working in the internationalization of companies and business development between Brazil and Paraguay.

Jean Rafael Gern has a career linked to event production and operations, with experience in planning, logistics, infrastructure, and execution of large public and private projects in Brazil. His work includes productions of different formats and sizes, adding technical and operational knowledge to the new company for holding events.

Evandro Neiva Oliveira has a career linked to tourism, public management, events, and destination development. He has held leadership roles in tourism in Santa Catarina and Balneário Camboriú, one of Brazil's main tourist destinations, accumulating experience in integrating the public sector, private initiative, events, and tourism promotion.

The complementarity of the three careers is also the basis of EXXXPERIENCE's operating model: strategy and management, production and execution, tourism and destination development.

FROM EVENT TO DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT

In addition to holding events, the company intends to participate in the conception of projects capable of remaining in the territories and generating medium- and long-term results.

Consulting for the development of tourism projects and tourism and event facilities will be one of the strategic areas of the operation, covering everything from studies and project conception to planning, positioning, and structuring.

The intention is to put the experience built in Brazil at the service of new Paraguayan projects, respecting local characteristics and seeking integration with professionals, suppliers, entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions in the country.

EXXXPERIENCE is thus born with a proposal that goes beyond event production: to use events, tourism, and destination planning as tools for economic development and generating opportunities.
